Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are applicable for WINHOST.CLOUD services.

1. Shared Hosting Refunds
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds apply only to first-time customers.
  • Setup fees, add-ons, domains, SSL certificates, and migrations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
2. Dedicated Server Refunds

Dedicated Hosting plans are non-refundable once provisioned. You may cancel future billing anytime.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Abuse & Violations

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
