2. Payments & Billing

  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

3. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, or abusive resource usage.

5. Dedicated Servers

Dedicated servers may provide administrative access. You are responsible for server-level configurations unless managed services are purchased.

6. Service Availability

We aim for a 99.9% uptime target. See SLA for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
